Superpower: Combining the most effective treatment modalities tailored to the individual client in a way that brings real results.

Life often presents us with challenges that can seem overwhelming, and it's not uncommon to feel uncertain or stuck. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate these challenges and uncover your inner strength, guiding you toward a life that feels truly fulfilling and empowering. I respect each individual's unique journey and offer a warm, direct, and non-judgmental approach. I’m here to meet you where you are and work together to tailor our sessions to your specific needs and goals.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with an Education Specialist in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University. I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families battling a variety of life challenges. My diverse experience working in Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and outpatient settings has given me a well-rounded understanding of different client needs.

My therapeutic toolkit includes training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method for couples, and a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My background in DBT is particularly dear to me, having participated in a comprehensive DBT skills group during my graduate studies, which ignited my passion for this approach. I actively incorporate DBT strategies to support clients in managing emotional dysregulation, improving interpersonal effectiveness, and enhancing overall well-being, while maintaining flexibility in my methods to best address each client's unique needs.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. I find joy in spending sunny days by the pool or at the beach, enjoying the natural beauty of South Florida where I was born and raised. I’m an avid fan of live music and enjoy attending concerts. Finding a scenic trail to longboard is also a personal favorite of mine!

Life is a journey filled with challenges, but it’s also full of potential and beauty. I’m here to support you in seeing and achieving what you might have thought was impossible. I’m excited to be part of your journey and look forward to working together to celebrate your strengths and growth!
