Angela F. Hernandez
Nutritionist
Specialties: Supporting mental health through nutrition, Intuitive Eating, Diabetes Management, Heart Health, Physical Fitness
I've had the privilege of working as a Dietitian since 2010, gaining experience across a wide range of specialties. Throughout my career, my primary goal has remained consistent: to help my clients lead healthier, happier lives. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone apply the knowledge and tools you've shared to make positive, lasting changes in their life.
We each have a unique relationship with food and our bodies. My goal for my clients is to enjoy nourishing, delicious meals that make them feel and look their best. I also aim to inspire a love for movement, as it strengthens both the body and the mind, promoting overall health and well-being.
On a personal note, my husband and I have two sons that fill our lives with the best kind of love and chaos. When I have the opportunity to step away from my responsibilities as a mom and dietitian, I enjoy practicing yoga, riding my Peloton, paddleboarding, reading captivating thriller novels, and exploring as many National Parks as possible.
