I've had the privilegeof working as a Dietitian since 2010, gaining experience across a wide range ofspecialties. Throughout my career, my primary goal has remained consistent: tohelp my clients lead healthier, happier lives. There's nothing more rewardingthan seeing someone apply the knowledge and tools you've shared to makepositive, lasting changes in their life.
We each have a uniquerelationship with food and our bodies. My goal for my clients is to enjoynourishing, delicious meals that make them feel and look their best. I also aimto inspire a love for movement, as it strengthens both the body and the mind,promoting overall health and well-being.
On a personal note,my husband and I have two sons that fill our lives with the best kind oflove and chaos. When I have the opportunity to step away from myresponsibilities as a mom and dietitian, I enjoy practicing yoga, riding myPeloton, paddleboarding, reading captivating thriller novels, and exploring asmany National Parks as possible.
