As a counselor I strive to emphasize growth, wellness, and empowerment. My intention is to help individuals realize their goals and potential through a variety of evidence-based counseling techniques. I hope to help my clients increase wellness, resilience, and gain a greater understanding of their strengths. Within therapy I endeavor to provide a non-judgmental, safe space, creating an environment which can foster greater insight for clients to move through challenging situations.
My values are centered around inclusivity, authenticity, and optimism. I am empathetic, grounded and curious. I am a clinical mental health counseling program student at Northwestern University under the supervision of Dr. Vassilia Binensztok.
During my time away from the office, I enjoy going for walks, playing with my dogs, paddle boarding, and spending time with family and friends.
