Megan Reed
Pediatric Nutritionist
Superpower: Making clients feel safe and comfortable like they’re talking to an old friend. Using creative interventions with children.
Pediatric nutrition has always been my biggest passion. Early life nutrition intervention is the foundation children need for lifelong health. Establishing healthy habits early on is essential for a child’s growth, development, and overall well-being. However, every child is unique, and “healthy eating” looks different for each one—that’s where I come in! My goal is to optimize your child’s diet in a way that supports their individual needs while ensuring that nutrition remains a positive and stress-free experience. I prioritize counseling methods that focus on balance, education, and fostering a healthy relationship with food, steering clear of any approaches that may encourage disordered eating habits.
Mental health is deeply interconnected with nutrition, and treating it requires a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach. As a nutritionist, I can help support your child’s mental and emotional well-being through evidence-based dietary strategies. Research continues to uncover the profound link between nutrition and behavioral health, and I stay up to date with the latest scientific findings to provide the best possible care. My approach is rooted in both compassion and science, ensuring that every child receives the personalized nutrition support they need to thrive.
