Navigating life's challenges can be difficult, especiallyfor children, who may find it overwhelming at times. My goal is to provide asafe, open space where children and families can feel heard, understood, andsupported. As a child therapist, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,Solution-Focused Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Play Therapy. Each child and familyis unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. I’ve hadthe privilege of working with children ages 2 to 17 from diverse backgroundswho have faced challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, angermanagement, adjustment disorders, attachment issues, trauma, and lifetransitions.

I believe that every child has the potential to grow, heal, and thrive, even in the face of adversity. My role is to help guide them, giving them the tools and coping strategies they need to manage their emotionsand overcome obstacles. In the counseling setting, I focus on empowering bothchildren and their families to foster healthy relationships and resilience.Together, we will work toward a brighter future, one step at a time. Some of my hobbies include going to the beach, listening tomusic, watching my favorite shows and movies, playing with my puppy, andspending time with family and friends.
